Where do the products come from? We work with a global network of vetted suppliers and manufacturers, primarily in consumer electronics, home goods, and lifestyle accessories. Every supplier relationship starts with sample orders and quality verification before we commit to listing anything.
Every product goes through our Quality Lead's review process before it appears on our store. This isn't a rubber stamp — it's a thorough evaluation that most products fail.
The review covers build quality (does it feel cheap? will it last?), spec accuracy (do the actual specifications match what's advertised?), photo accuracy (does the real product look like the listing photos?), and packaging (will it survive shipping without damage?).
Products that don't meet our standards get rejected, no matter how trendy they are. We'd rather have a smaller catalog of products we're confident in than a massive catalog full of question marks.
Once a product passes quality review, we write accurate product descriptions. Not marketing fluff — genuine descriptions of what the product does, what it's made of, and what you can realistically expect.
We use real product photos. We list actual specifications. We include honest information about what the product is good at and what its limitations are. If a gadget is great for certain use cases but not others, we say so. Our goal is for you to know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
